🍰 Orders & Payments

• All orders must be paid in full to be confirmed.
• Payments are non-refundable once an order has been accepted, due to preparation and ingredient costs.
• Prices may change at any time, but confirmed orders will keep the agreed price.

🚫 Refunds & Returns

• Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
• Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, taste preference, or failure to collect on time.
• If there is an issue with your order (e.g. wrong item), you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving it, with clear photos.

⚠️ Allergies & Dietary Requirements

• Our treats may contain or come into contact with nuts, dairy, eggs, gluten, and soy.
• It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us of allergies before ordering.
• We cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
